Here are 15 interview questions you can use for practice before the big day. As explained in How to Prepare for an Interview don’t try to memorize answers, rather, use these questions to exercise verbally expressing your thoughts and experiences.

Personal

What do you consider to be your greatest strengths? (Trad.)
What are your weaknesses? (Trad.)
Have you ever had any failures? What did you learn from them? (Trad.)
Of which three accomplishments are you most proud? (Trad.)

Experience

Give an example of a situation in which you provided a solution to an employer. (Behav.)
How do you think a former supervisor would describe your work and attitude? (Behav.)
Give an example of a time in which you worked under deadline pressure. (Behav.)

Education

Why did you choose your major? (Trad.)
What campus activities do you participate in? (Trad.)
Do your grades accurately reflect your ability? Why or why not? (Trad.)

Career-Related

How do you feel about travel? (Trad.)
Give an example of a time where working with a team led to success. (Behav.)
Are you able to work on several assignments at once? (Trad.)
