How to Use the CCO Appointment Scheduler

Students can now sign up for an appointment with the CCO through our online scheduling system. Find out how to navigate the system and make your appointment today!

Step 1: Find Out if You Need an Appointment or a Drop-In

The CCO offers many services, including resumes reviews, and job search help, through our drop-in services. Look at the table below to find out if you need an appointment or drop-in.

Step 2: Log into the Appointment Scheduling System

Click here to go to log in to the appointment scheduling system. Use your career account to sign in.

Step 3: Click the ‘Make an Appointment’ Icon

Click the ‘Make an Appointment’ icon on the top left of the page, just below the Purdue University logo.

Step 4: Log into the Appointment Scheduling System

Select ‘CCO Career Development and Job Search’ OR ‘CCO Pre-Professional Advising’ under the ‘Choose a Calendar Type’ drop-down menu.

Step 5: Search by Appointment Time

Click the ‘Search By’ drop-down menu and select ‘Appointment Time’.

Step 6: Choose a Reason for Your Appointment

Note: You can always retrace your steps by clicking ‘Go back to this step’.

Step 7: Select the Desired Date for Your Appointment

The scheduling system will look for appointments on your desired appointment date.

Step 8: Select the Desired Time for Your Appointment

Step 9: Select an Available Counselor Add Other Info and Schedule!

Select an available counselor, add a description of what you are hoping to get answered, and insert your phone number.
